Franco study at the Institute Alberghiero di Trieste in Italy and this was the beginning of a long journey through countries like England, Scotland, France, Indonesia, Thailand, Germany and Mexico, all with a great gastronomic tradition with culinary styles they gave him experience to join restarantes world class as Hyde Park, Mandarin Oriental, Grosvenor House, Le Meridien, Four Seasons (London, England), Skibo Castle (Inverness, Scotland), Forte Hotel Village Resort (Sardinia, Italy), Hotel Eden, Pallazzo Della Fonte (Rome, Italy), Piazza Atenee (Paris, France), Nusa Dua (Bali, Indonesia), The Mandarin, Penninsula (Bangkok, Thailand), Diamond Cliff (Phuket, Thailand) and Hadlon Kempinsky (Berlin , Germany).
